From the moment we arrived, the staff at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sumner made our stay truly memorable. the warm and welcoming service, especially at breakfast, was exceptional - a true highlight of our experience. The hotel itself exuded a sense of newness and modernity, with pristine rooms that were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need. the plush duvet and variety of pillows ensured a restful night's sleep, which is essential for a traveler like me who values a quiet place to settle in. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wide selection of delicious options that surpassed the typical hotel fare. It set the perfect tone for our days of exploring Federal Way's Wild Waves and enjoying outings to local attractions like Branks BBQ and the Outlet Collection Mall in Auburn. While we didn't get a chance to take full advantage of the hotel's pool and gym facilities, I appreciated the convenience of having a full-size fridge and stove in the room, making it suitable for longer stays. Overall, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sumner-Puyallup Area provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, enhanced by the attentive staff, modern amenities, and convenient location near various dining and shopping options. It's a place I would recommend to both business travelers and families looking for a welcoming retreat in the area.
